MRCI provides families the resources, support and opportunity to keep loved ones with care needs living in their homes.

Personal Support is a traditional service option available under Minnesota disability waivers. The services provides licensed staffing support. People may choose to utilize other waivered services in addition to Personal Support such as licensed Respite.
Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) is a participant - directed service under the Home and Community Based Waiver program that allows individuals an opportunity to live independently. CDCS is designed to give individuals the most flexibility and responsibility for directing their services and supports.
Individuals, both children and adults, with disabilities, chronic diseases, behavioral diagnoses and mental illness who need assistance with personal care in their home or in the community may be eligible for PCA Choice services. PCA Choice empowers individuals to recruit, hire and train their own PCAs who provide direct care.
Families and individuals can now pay for staffing without the worry and hassle of handling payroll taxes and other IRS obligations of having staff. By hiring, managing and supervising the workers, families/individuals have the utmost authority in directing their own care.
Veterans Directed-Home and Community Based Services (VD-HCBS) program serves Veterans of all ages who are eligible for nursing home care. The VD-HCBS gives the Veteran, the opportunity to remain in their home and community with assistance from family and friends.
The Consumer Support Grant program provides a small monthly cash grant which provides individuals with greater flexibility and freedom of choice in service options, payment rates, service delivery specifications and employment of service providers.
